One day, Katie and Daniel called me and told me they wanted to buy a house in Newberg.
I could tell they were the type to hit it hard. No messing around until a house was found. Focus, drive, clear vision. Also, lots of love for pizza! So this was right up my alley. I had them in contract within 8 days of that phone call. And we closed on that house 35 days after that.
Newberg is a very hot little market. Very very low inventory. Two offers were rejected, and moral was low.
Then, 612 Vermillion appeared. Very quickly we got into a bidding war, and Katie and Daniel were the winners! The rest is history.
Katie and Daniel have lived all over the USA. From Hawaii to Maine. I’ve gotten to know them during this transaction and their love for each other, their passion for food (in particular, PIZZA, my personal fave), and their low key spirits have made this process extra light and lovely. I so enjoyed working with them, and I so hope we get to do it again someday. I also hope to eat their pizza!
