Assisting in the purchase of a home is always an exciting and unique experience. Kevin and Andra, however, had some of the most unique requests i’ve experienced to date. I quickly found that Andra loves most thing about most homes, admiring the quirks as something she can tinker with and seeing the amenities as mere extras. Kevin’s on hands and knees checking out the 2 inch crack in the foundation with an inquisitive mind. Why this? Why here?
Above all, they were able to agree on one thing. They would not, and could not accept: ghosts. Each home was thoroughly inspected with Andra’s ghost radar and Kevin always present to back it up. Basements and attics were not quickly passed through but instead were required to pass multiple ghost tests and required an ample amount of hang out time.
In the end, these two found a ghost free home in St Johns, purchased from a widow with a unique and artistic love story. They’re living their best lives together and have reported zero ghost sightings to date. Phewie!
