One and Done in Orenco Station

Has anyone else experienced the “One and Done” when buying a home lately?! One and Done means you saw one property, made an offer, had the offer accepted and closed on the property in a timely manner. In this case, all of that happened in a matter of 2.5 weeks – AND this was a financed sale!

Sandra & Jim have lived in a darling bungalow in North Portland for the last 18 years. Recently they decided they were done with yard maintenance & the general upkeep that comes with owning an older home. So we set out to find them a condo, outside of Portland.

Within minutes of walking in the home, Sandra knew she wanted it to be theirs. With updates throughout, the home feels almost brand new and has the perfect amount of space for the two of them & their cat, Denver. There are two small patios for them to enjoy just a few potted plants – a far cry from the amazing yard they had in North Portland. And they are thrilled!
