First-time homebuyers Mike & Annie and their dog Louise hit the jackpot with this sweet little NoPo home, with two taco shops within walking distance!
We found a great deal on a house that had been priced to high to begin with, but after a price drop we moved in quickly before the competition. This home needs some cosmetic upgrades like new paint, cleaning, and replacing missing baseboards but this creative and hardworking couple is excited to make this home their own. They are also excited to give the backyard a makeover making it the perfect yard for Louise to play fetch in!
