Patience and Persistence, the Home Buying Superpower!

By Sharon Bloudek, April 13, 2021

Jon and I tag-teamed this transaction and getting our clients into their dream home was such a huge WIN! Our two clients were such a joy to work with during their home buying adventure. They both grew up in SW Portland and wanted to be close to family when they bought their new home. Like most buyers during this strong market, their journey included being outbid on a few homes, though their disappointment didn’t stop them. With persistence and patience, we were able to find an amazing home for them. Their new home has a recently updated kitchen featuring granite and stainless steel appliances, has enough room to play inside and outside for their two girls including a beautifully landscaped yard with a stone patio and a trellis with vines, is all level (which is rare in SW Portland), and is on almost a 1/2 acre! Perfect for the family and for outdoor get-togethers in their backyard. On top of being close to their family, the location is also convenient for both of their jobs which was the icing on top of the cake!
