Patience Paying Off

In her search for the perfect home closer by her young granddaughter and growing family, Carolyn and I have seen dozens of houses together over the past year and a half. There were many quick no’s, a number of probably-nots, a handful of well-maybes, and then there were a few YES’s. Unfortunately, a couple of those yes’s were also yes’s for a couple loony, inspection-waiving other buyers. As all to many know, it’s damn disheartening to lose out on a couple offers. But, Carolyn has the virtue of patience and boy did it pay off when a beautiful craftsman came on the market that checked all of Carolyn’s boxes. She made the offer and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Welcome home, Carolyn.
