Courtney and Kevin came to us by way of a couple of friends who have bought with us in the past. After only a couple weeks of searching, they found a house they loved in the Lents neighborhood of Portland. The sellers were getting divorced and the house had just come back on the market from a previous sale fail. No big deal, we love a challenge. Maybe not this much challenge, though?
45 or so days later, and a few years shaved off our lives, Courtney and Kevin are the proud new owner of a home with a new sewer line, new electrical panel, radon mitigation, significant chimney repair, some siding replacement, roof repairs, and some framing repair from a leak in the garage. Oh, and a newly serviced furnace!
