As anyone knows you have to have some thick skin to navigate this crazy Portland market….which is why I couldn’t be happier for my first time home buyers!! We went through the wringer writing (great!) offer after offer and getting beat out time after time. But they hung in there with me…always positive, always knowing we would find the right one. And we did. Even though I’d only seen the pictures, driving it out to view it I just had a feeling. And when we walked in, we all three slowly turned towards each other and we knew. THIS WAS IT! Another nail biting, multiple offer situation…but one that finally went in our favor. With a great listing agent and an amazing lender working with us, they had keys just 25 days later. I always tell people we’ll find the right one and we always do…sometimes it just takes awhile!
