Patience pays off in St. Johns

I’m so happy for my client and so thankful that he held out for the house he really wanted.
He was very clear that his heart was set on buying in the great neighborhood of St. Johns. He made a few offers while the market was crazy and didn’t get discouraged when his offer wasn’t accepted.
After a few months we found a beautiful little house that was happy to accept his offer.
It was the smoothest transaction ever and I believe that’s because patience paid off.
