The home buying process was a little bit of a rollercoaster for my clients. Just when we felt most excited, that excitement turned to the sadness of what could have been. Sometimes patience really pays off and this was one of those instances! After several lost offers and the feeling of having lost their dream home, my clients finally found success. This home was everything they wanted, not to mention it was in the perfect location too! It made all of the losses over their home buying journey well worth the wait and we looked back with the realization that there was a reason they had lost out before – it turns out the best was right around the corner!
