Real estate is even more fun with family! This transaction was extra special because I got the chance to work with a family member to find her dream home. For her, it was a big next step. She wanted to stay in the Villebois neighborhood and find a home that worked better for her lifestyle. In particular, finding a space that had room for family to come to visit and a yard for her pups. We were so excited to see this opportunity pop up. A beautiful home with lots of space! This dreamy house has a great floorplan that has a bedroom and bathroom on the main level for when her parents come to stay, while also giving generous space throughout the rest of the home and a wonderful, low-maintenance yard for the dogs. I’m so excited for this new chapter to begin for her in Villebois!
