Buyers just had twins a boy and a girl 6 months ago and wanted to find the perfect home to raise them in. We were able to make this happen, found it on a Sunday and they loved the house the minute they pulled in. Both looked at me and said we want to make an offer. Sellers took the offer and were so happy to find out that buyers had twins and the seller is a twin himself. This home just spoke to both of them inside and out. Love it when this all comes together and clients find a place that is happiness and a true home.
