We have been friends for years and so when Scott and Jenny came to me, looking to buy a house, I felt honored. The have lived for years in a condo in the Pearl, with Stella, their mid-sized pup, and decided that they were outgrowing it and needed to find something that had a little more space. They had already identified the house that they loved when they contacted me. A gorgeous new modern home with 3 beds and 3.5 baths, with room for a home office and room for their parents when they come visit. So, we made an offer, got a great deal and from there, went through all the steps: Inspections, lending, etc. and today is the special day!
I am so excited for them and their new journey and can’t wait for BBQs on the back deck!
