These days in seems like lots of folks are “escaping” the city, moving from condos to houses, from town to the suburbs. But for some people, downtown condo living is just perfect. This is the case for Tim. He’s an airline pilot, and as such, spends a considerable amount of time on the go. When home he enjoys the low maintenance of a condo and the walk-ablility of the Pearl. What could be better than being able to eat/drink/run right outside your door?! Here’s hoping things open up soon so he can really enjoy the neighborhood.
