Perseverance Payoff in Roseway!
There are plenty of cliché sayings for when you lose something you wanted.
Everything happens for a reason. You win some, you lose some.
These sayings give you a passive role in the situation. What about focusing on determination and perseverance?
Because, the realty is, in this tricky market the only way to truly lose is to stop trying!
Derek and Ashley did it right. This Roseway bungalow was not the first home we wrote an offer for; we had submitted other offers prior, without success. They didn’t give up, and I wouldn’t either!
We all won. I just handed over the keys and a gift to two outstanding clients – clients who were so thrilled to come home today that they excitedly gave me closing gifts! Thank you, Derek and Ashley, for being awesome to work with, and for giving me a great excuse to check out some sweet Portland eats, Renata and Burrasca!
