Persistence pays off

By Martin Cross, May 25, 2023

Their journey was not unfamiliar to buyers here in Portland where housing inventory remains at an all time low. But, persistence pays off! Like many buyers, their road involved getting into contract twice, backup position once, needing to terminate contracts twice and even taking a couple of breaks from shopping when things got too disappointing. But, determined, they kept returning to the game, and guess what? We finally found the one!

It’s a reminder that sometimes you have to take a step back and take a break to let the universe guide you to what you’re meant to have. I couldn’t be more thrilled for them!

If you, or someone you know is looking to buy or sell a home, multifamily property or land in Oregon or Washington please let me help you on your journey!
