Last summer Maddie and Derek began dreaming about owning a beach house for family getaways. Sure enough, Mom was in on the plan as well. They tracked the listings for months, came down and viewed homes but nothing was quite right. It was a team effort in the family to find just the right spot to be patient and let it come along. When they saw the Poplar house, they began talking paint colors, furniture placement, gardening and they knew it was the right property.
