First time home buyers getting their dream home on the first try?!! Yep, it can happen. The sweet buyers were just out on an afternoon walk when they saw Living Room’s own Kris Vogt putting up the perma flyer on her new listing. She showed them around the house and when they fell in love, she told them to call me immediately…no dual agency here, but we do love a good collaboration! They were preapproved within 24 hours and a great offer written and accepted within 48. Smooth inspections, no appraisal issues and we were even able to close a week early so they could move in before their vacation. A whirlwind for sure, but I’m always amazed at how things can come together. I especially love that my clients get to brag that the got a home in the Portland market with their first offer! 😉
