Portland Housing Inventory Has Hit An All Time Low.

The Oregonian recently did a deeper dive into what is driving the current market. A  few agents from Living Room were asked to weigh in. You can read the full article here & see what they have to say.

If you are thinking of selling this year, this could be a great time. Contact me today to find out how to sell safely & effectively. Is your main concern with selling, “Where will I go?” I can help with that too. With mortgage rates also at a historic low, you’ll be surprised at your increased buying power.
