Portland to Bend

Like a lot of people this year, my clients decided to make the move east.  REI had an opportunity that they couldn’t pass up and their love of the outdoors would be embraced in Central Oregon.  From preparations to photography they didn’t miss a beat and when we hit the market the market responded.  Multiple offers and a value well over asking made for a sweet story as minor repairs got completed and closing came quick.  Like any real estate success story it is about preparation and collaboration and working with my clients in this case was textbook!  I am so excited to hear how many days they put turns on Mt. Bachelor this winter and how this new amazing chapter will unfold for them!
