Congratulations to my clients on their huge win in Montavilla! The homebuying process can be a rollercoaster of emotion, starting with pure excitement that may get a little clouded as time goes on. For these homebuyers, positivity kept them going through an incredibly competitive seller’s market. It’s not easy being a homebuyer right now, often having to a few offers before getting one accepted, and competing against numerous others that might have more to give. In this case, we made a few offers before finding their Montavilla gem. Instead of getting discouraged, these two kept looking, knowing they would find something soon and they did! A home with a yard for their dogs, a garage for the perfect home workout space, a promising canvas to paint blue (they love blue!), and a neighborhood that fits them wonderfully.
