It may take months, or not! Natalie, the daughter of a friend of mine, came to me to help her buy a house. I gave her all of the usual education I offer home buyers as well as my more current, “patience is required in this insane market we live in” speech.
Or not. We looked at three houses, made an offer on the third, and we’re in contract a few days after we met for the first time. 30 days later, Natalie is a homeowner. 1, 2, 3 lickety-split!
