Proud Ground (land trust) buyer closes in Hillsboro

I had the pleasure of working with  a Proud Ground buyer this fall in helping her locate a home for her family. She was using a down payment assistance grant from the city of Hillsboro in partnership with the Land Trust, Proud Ground! Her lender told me that he had worked with her for nearly 3 yrs getting ready for home ownership. We looked and looked at available properties for sale and then she found this new construction spacious home near downtown Hillsboro. The seller was willing to work with us in getting the require repairs done  – she closed 12/18! Thanks to all who helped make this transaction go according to plan! Now this home will remain affordable in perpetuity! Happy client, happy home!
