Walking into this house, I couldn’t believe how great it was, for the price. There were hardwoods under the carpet, the ceilings were tall through out the house, including the basement, there was so much light and the foundation was in immaculate condition All this plus its on almost a 1/2 acre of land, that is subdividable. There is so much potential here and I cant wait to see my client bring it back to its glory!
