Blog Buyer Road to Success!

Road to Success!

By Living Room Realty, December 15, 2021

In a strong seller’s market like ours the road to success can be tough for buyers. Looking back to April, when I first met M & JB, we were full of thrills. We were excited to get started in the home buying process and immediately began our house tours. I was super stoked to have new SW buyers who were looking around my stomping grounds! It didn’t take long for us to find a house they liked and shortly after we had our first offer. We promptly heard back from the listing agent – “we’re sorry but we had multiple offers, unfortunately we’re going with a stronger offer.”

That response was one we heard a few times in this home buying journey. It was really tough all around, wanting so badly to find the right fit, at the right price, in the right neighborhood, and to win in a multiple offer scenario. As the months went by we racked up our home tour portfolio, always optimistic that soon we would find something that felt right.

Patience paid off and these two are closed on their brand new, super cool, modern home! One that checked all of the boxes! The road to success was one to look back on with inspiration for those who are having trouble in this market. It’s hard being a buyer right now, but it’s still more than possible to find that dream home!

Congratulations to my clients on their beautiful new home!
