I was lucky enough to meet the buyer for this amazing house last Fall when I sold their Gresham home. I learned that they were combining households and looking for a unique property with room for mom, sister and husband and wife. We looked at several properties before they found this lovely house on a bluff, overlooking a river, in Estacada. The house has an apartment over the garage
