I started the search for the perfect house for this amazing family way back in fall of 2019.  With 3 growing kids Jess & Jake needed more space than their adorable modern house in Cully could provide.  Not wanting to disrupt the kids lives, or (or theirs), they wanted 4 bedrooms, a big family room, kitchen with style and a yard where everyone could have space, all while staying close in, on a budget.

We looked, we lost out (a bunch) but knew that the perfect house was out there.  Handing over the keys (safely, no touching, some throwing involved) on this sunny day while the kids zoomed around the big yard, knowing that staying home in this crazy time just got MUCH easier for them, was the best.
