Roselawn Ranch Finds its New Owners

By Marisa Swenson, September 23, 2020

Just Sold – My sellers just closed on their family home, the home that their parents had custom designed and built that they had created so many memories in. This beautifully preserved, custom mid-century home was one of the first designs by architect Peter Walker who was also one of the owners’ relatives. One of the neighbors fell in love with this property after passing by and admiring it over the past few years. They reached out when word got out it was going to the market, they put in a very aggressive offer and won the bidding war. We are so glad this treasure of a home will be in the hands of someone who will preserve and update it sensitively. Congratulations to all!

Some of the interesting custom details this home has — a pull-down sewing station, built-ins, and mahogany detail walls. This one owner time capsule also features a custom-designed garage that is large enough to hold a garbage truck! (The original owner owned a garbage company).

Located in the Cully neighborhood
