One of my favorite style of homes is the Rummer built home of the 60’s and 70’s. The floor to ceiling windows, vaulted wood ceilings with exposed beams and central atrium designed floor plans are something that everyone must experience at some point in their lives. These truly incredible homes have become an obsession for fans, tracking sales and renovation updates.
I recently had the opportunity to represent the seller of this Oak Hills Rummer renovation. The transformation was incredible, the team had a great sense of what finishes should be used and we sold it off of market before it was completed so the lucky buyers were able to choose a few of the finishes, colors and make it their own. Congratulations to all parties involved, this was a fun project!
