Some may think working with family friends would be harder, or maybe more complicated- but it was quite the opposite with
these awesome people. Just because I sang at their wedding (when I was 8 years old…) doesn’t mean I couldn’t also hand them the keys to their home. Whether it’s shopping for shoes in Manhattan together, or shopping for houses in the beautiful Pacific Northwest on Sundays, spending time with Chris & Heather is a blast.
After going through one sale fail… purchasing this gorgeous home $15k under asking, with a quick and painless close is well deserved for these two, and a success worth celebrating! I am so fortunate to have been their realtor, and I am so happy to know this spunky power couple found their place in a small NE neighborhood.
