Donna and I connected through a mutual colleague in Seattle. She was looking for someone to help her daughter, Ami, find her first home of her very own.
Ami was enamoured with the ease of condo living. It fit right in with her lifestyle.
She was looking for something with great walkability, near public transportation, and most importantly, in North Portland, close to her Mother.
This was one of those purchases where everything came together perfectly, and it just seemed meant to be…..
Ami looked at only one condo, fell in love on the spot, put in an offer, and it was her’s the very same day. Her whole wish list was met; it was the right place!
