My latest buyers have been looking for years.. They wanted a second home, where they could live part time, so they could come and hang out their daughter, son-in-law and only grandchild. He is almost retired and we finally found a great spot for them to come home to. It is a great condo, full of light, on a walking path with miles of paths and close to their daughter. I am so happy and excited for them to get started with the decorating.
