Second Time Home Buyers

By Living Room Realty, September 24, 2020

Back in June, I got a phone call from some past clients stating they were considering upgrading their home. I helped them purchase their very first home a few years ago shortly after their daughter was born. At the time, they were living in an apartment and were thrilled to finally be in a position to buy their very own home. Their home was perfect for them at the time, and allowed them the space, freedom and peace they were looking for with their growing family. Fast forward to June of this year, and they have grown in their careers, built up a solid amount of equity, and were ready to upgrade. We found them a great community close by that was building some gorgeous brand new houses. They toured the area, saw their different floor plan options, and pick their house that day! I was able to help guide them through the different aspects of buying a new construction home with a company that uses their own paperwork and timelines (DR Horton), and they are thrilled to be the proud new owners of this amazing home. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and now they just have to figure out how to furnish a home almost twice the size. Having repeat customers is my all time favorite! I just love my job!
