2018 was a big year for Living Room Property Management department; for the first time ever, we welcomed an in-house Maintenance Team. 2019 is shaping up to be an even bigger year, complete with a newly wrapped van!

The current Maintenance Team is headed by Maintenance Manager, Ash Jimenez and supported by Maintenance Technician, Molly Mattern. Be sure to say hi or give them wave when you see them zipping around the city!
