Seizing The Opportunity

The stars really aligned for this opportunity to arise; although we were dealing with a For Sale By Owner, it added an extra set of hoops we needed to jump through. These Mathew Frank condos have a history of selling fast. Julia acted quickly and wasted no time so we could have a shot at getting into contract. After completing enough due diligence we charmed our way into contract with the seller. Today she is a happy camper and is so excited to have accomplished her goals before the summer starts.
