Selling and Keeping Their Eye on the Goal

I am pleased to have sold this wonderful house near N. Williams. My seller first contacted me in the Fall of 2019 when they began to think about selling. I met with them again in February 2020 to discuss the marketing plan to list their property. We first went on the market just before Portland slowed way down due to COVID. Due to the uncertainty of time, my client took the house off the market and waited through the summer before deciding to re-list their house. It was a long process, but my client continued to stay focused on their end goal of selling so they could buy a bigger house to accommodate multigenerational living.  Despite taking almost a year from first thinking about selling to putting up a sold sign, they stuck with it and achieved their goals. I couldn’t be happier for them.
