After 15 years in one of my favorite places ever, I am making a transition to another house to call ‘Home’. I have to admit… I love my neighborhood – Vista Hills – so much that I decided to stay in it and remodel another mid-century one level home. But thats for another blog. Many friends and family have asked why I decided to sell my current home. It was not an easy decision, but I had finally finished all the updating including new kitchen, new hardwood floors, new roof, gutters, deck, and landscaping in front & back, when the perfect young couple came along to purchase and take over loving my home. So now, my well-loved and well-cared for 1954 Vista Hills Ranch home will be the setting for new memories, new family and friends, and many many more years of Joy!
