When you move into your new house with a pool on the very weekend it’s a hundred degrees in Portland, that’s just great timing. When Ed and Louise moved to Portland to be near family and help take care of their grandchildren, no one anticipated they would find their new home on the very same street, just a short walk away.
In fact the house was pending 3 times before Louise and Ed made it to Portland to take a look at- and all three buyers backed out. Talk about timing and serendipity and happy endings. It’s like the house was waiting for them, and both families are overjoyed.
