One of the best parts about being a REALTOR® is getting to help your friends realize their dreams of home ownership. I met Rachel and Blair about 10 years ago in Portland. Two years ago they decided to move back to Rachel’s hometown: Salem, Oregon. Blair started working at Willamette Valley Vineyards and fell in love with the wine making process. With Rachel’s family in Salem and Blair’s new love for wine, they decided to put down roots and purchase their first home. I was so happy and honored when they called on me to help them.
It wasn’t long before we found an amazing, move-in ready home nestled in the Englewood neighborhood. The moment we walked in I could see that Rachel and Blair were able to envision their future together in this house. There is large patio for entertaining, the neighborhood is in a convenient location with lots nearby, and there is plenty of space for one day raising a family.
