My client came to me in November and said she was ready to buy a house. It didn’t take long at all before we found her a sweet deal. We did have to compete with other offers but we got her offer accepted and closed in under 3 weeks. And this is the most amazing part; it was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a tuck under garage, an unfinished basement, hardwoods that were in beautiful condition and so much charm…. For $300,000. That price would have been unheard of in any other market. I am so grateful she took the chance and bought with the interest rates being higher because she got an amazing house, at a great price in an even better neighborhood!
