Blog Stories So much Land!

So much Land!

By Peter Clarke, November 22, 2019

I met Cassie and Damon through a referral from a past client. They were first time homebuyers and very excited to get the process started. Finding the home was the easy part. They were looking for something where they could walk to shops, food and parks, preferrably in Southeast. The home we found was older but checked all the boxes, and was also sitting on a large buildable lot which was key. After a few back and for counter offers a deal was made! Congratulations on the purchase of your first home.  All of your patience through the negotiation process paid off, and it has tons of potential!

Shout out to Rob, for connecting me with such great and well deserving clients!
