SoDiv is So Divine!

By Erika George & Kari McGee, June 28, 2018

Usually buyers take a while to warm up to the buying process, but Matt and Rachel knew a good thing (great location/cute house/peaceful street) the moment they saw it. These first time home buyers scooped up this divine South Division house at the very beginning of their home search without skipping a beat!  They are now moved in and exploring all that the SoDiv neighborhood has to offer — which is A LOT these days!  It boasts scores of great shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The house is not too shabby either! Check out the lovely open living spaces, large kitchen, large and airy master bedroom and sweet fenced yard.

Congratulations to Matt and Rachel — we know you will enjoy the house and neighborhood for years to come!

Do you know a good thing when you see it?  Can you dive right in, or do you need to wade in the shallow end for a while?  Kari and Erika are experienced at helping all types of buyers land the homes of their dreams.  Call us if you want to explore your options!
