My tenants had decided to look for a house and I felt honored that they asked me. I naturally said yes and we got started. They are busy professionals and as fun as it would be to have an old craftsman, they decided on a beautiful newer home, built in 2010, within blocks of Downtown St Johns. This will allow them to still go on adventures and come home to a house they do not have to work on. I am so happy they decided to stay in the neighborhood and look forward to running into them around town!
