I just want to congratulate my longtime client Linda on the quick sale of her 4 bedroom Montavilla home. This home was a rare find – a true 4 bedroom with commercial mixed use zoning, meaning you can run a small business from the home. Linda is the amazing single mom of triplet college-bound young women, who will be starting the next phase of her life in her new home in Vancouver. Greg Washington was born and raised in NE Portland’s Sabin neighborhood. He attended Sabin Elementary (then a K-8, as now) and Cleveland High School.
Greg is a Principal Broker and an Earth Advantage Certified Broker. He has been working as a REALTOR® in the Greater Portland area for almost 30 years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Greg worked in the restaurant industry at Jake's Famous Crawfish and McCormick and Schmick's.
