We are so excited to be able to work with Daniel again!! He purchased a home a couple of years ago and reached back out to us for help finding the right investment property for his mother.
We were able to find the perfect investment property for Daniel and his Mom in the heart of the Woodstock area. There are three separate dwellings at this location for a total of 4 rental units that consist of a two unit duplex with one bedroom/one bath in each unit, and two single-family dwellings with two bedrooms/two baths each. The sellers have done an excellent job of ongoing maintenance making this property an even better investment for our clients. We were able to do a quick close for Daniel and Kathy, and they have already begun their first repair project with the installation of new roofs on two of the three structures. They plan to keep the current tenants, so no one has to be displaced.
