Don and Linda are two retired attorneys who have been looking for a small condo for their son Cole while he is completing law school… We went thru a ton of options but never considered a duplex. We just sorta got lucky and came upon this great duplex in a great area randomly. It was light and bright and so close to Cole’s school. We made an offer, inspection went perfect, and next thing you know, Cole will be moving into the sweet upper unit! Thank you to the Masuda family, congrats on the wonderful new home and I’ll miss our convos about the 49ers!
