Soooo sick of living on the coast

By Living Room Realty, December 28, 2021

Doesn’t living on the coast sound like soooo much fun? Well, that wasn’t the case for my great client Linda after months and months and months living with her daughter out on the Oregon coast. Linda took advantage of the crazy hot market and sold her long time home in Beaverton after retiring from Intel, but due to a couple of complications couldn’t buy a home till the fall… Sooo she packed up her stuff and moved into her daughter’s home temporarily. Sounds like it would be so fun… sipping coffee while hearing the crashing of the sea… missing Portland’s insanely hot summer… But, it just dragged on, and Linda’s whole community was in the Beaverton area. So once we were ready, we hit the home search hard… Inventory was so low, but we found this almost complete new build that is perfect for Linda. We jumped on it and luckily here we are, new home just in time for the new year! So thank you so much for working with me Linda, I hope you can satisfy your love of travel this year, and congrats on the beautiful new home base you can come back to after each adventure!
