Sometimes you just know. When the market is red hot and you have a rare ranch home which has been cared for tirelessly you brace yourself for the phone calls. In just 72 hours we saw almost 40 showings and double digit offers roll in. The terms were ideal with appraisal waivers, short inspection periods and flattering commentary. In the end I am thrilled to report that my clients moved up into a bigger home for less than we sold their old house for. How often does that happen? ANSWER: RARELY. Congrats Winky and Cheri!
