Springtime Serendipity

By Living Room Realty, March 13, 2018

This past October my clients lost their home of 35 years- the one in which they had raised their family and created so many memories in. Awoken in the middle of the night and narrowly escaping with just the clothes on their backs. They were just one of the many families that lost everything in the most destructive wildfire in California history.
This week they closed on their new home. One which remarkably happened to come fully furnished and just blocks from the school their grandchildren attend.
To say it felt serendipitous is an understatement.
Here is to springtime, longer days, new beginnings, and two of the strongest people I have ever met.
