These two wonderfully dedicated and sweet as ever home buyers have been searching high and low since the beginning of the year, and I am so pleased to say they just closed on their very own home purchase. Cheers to their hard work and their home ownership- they should be so proud!
Originally they were searching for something priced up to $460k. They had been beat out a couple of times (if you’ve ever dealt with today’s inventory situation then you KNOW all about this) and when the news of COVID-19 came, they adapted, started to think outside the box, and switched gears a bit. They ended up landing a house about $100k less than their original budget and in a rad St Johns location. We’re talking move-in ready, ranch style dreams close to downtown St Johns and the lovely Pier Park.
While we’re boasting about St Johns, let’s not forget to note that Pier Park is well known for it’s disc course, and let’s definitely not forget the best little store and restaurant, La Tienda! I personally love the shrimp burrito and I hear they have some tasty as ever tacos. From coffee shops to eateries and food carts, they really do have it all.

They were motivated, focused, and flexible during the pandemic and it made it all a breeze. Everything was done virtually and safely! They still got to walk away with a full understanding of the home’s condition even though they didn’t get to be onsite for the inspection. 2020, am I right?!
